About Milaaj Digital Academy

Milaaj Digital Academy is an educational institution based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. We offer instructor-led courses in Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Search, and Full Stack Development. These terms govern your use of our website and your enrollment in any of our courses.

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the first EMI installment as agreed. Milaaj Digital Academy reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Seats per cohort are limited. Submitting a contact form or expressing interest does not guarantee a seat. A seat is secured only after payment is received and confirmed by us.

Payment and fees

Course fees are communicated directly to prospective students after an initial consultation. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By completing payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.

Where an EMI option is used, the financing is arranged through a third-party lender. The full course fee is collected by us from the lender at the time of enrollment. You are solely responsible for repaying the lender according to your loan agreement.

GST will be charged where applicable as per Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be issued for each enrollment.

Course delivery

Courses are delivered online through live one-on-one and group sessions. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as needed to maintain curriculum quality. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.

Milaaj Digital Academy does not guarantee specific employment outcomes or salary levels. We provide education, mentorship, and placement support — but final employment decisions rest with employers.

Student conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Milaaj Digital Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or that violates applicable law.

Attendance requirements and academic expectations will be communicated at the start of each cohort.

Intellectual property

All course materials, slides, videos, and written content provided by Milaaj Digital Academy are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Projects and work you produce during a course remain your own intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milaaj Digital Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your enrollment or use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the course fee you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date. Continued enrollment after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
