This policy applies to all courses offered by Milaaj Digital Academy. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
Cancellation before course start
If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee paid, minus any payment processing charges.
Cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund. A credit note may be issued at our discretion, which can be applied to a future cohort.
Cancellation after course start
No refunds are issued once a course has commenced. If you are unable to continue due to a documented medical emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us — we will review each case individually and may offer a transfer to a future cohort.
Scholarship awards
Merit scholarships are awarded based on aptitude test performance and applied as a discount at the time of enrollment. Scholarship awards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
EMI and installment payments
If you enrolled using an EMI (equated monthly installment) plan provided by a third-party lender such as a bank or Axio, the loan agreement is directly between you and the lender. Milaaj Digital Academy receives the full course fee from the lender at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation or refund requests do not automatically cancel your loan obligation. Any outstanding EMI installments remain your responsibility to settle with the lender as per your loan agreement. We strongly recommend reviewing your lender's terms before requesting a cancellation.
Course cancellation by Milaaj
In the unlikely event that Milaaj Digital Academy cancels a scheduled cohort, all enrolled students will receive a full refund of fees paid within 7 working days, or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
How to request a refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund, contact us at contact@milaajdigitalacademy.com with your full name, course enrolled, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
